Description

Bearers of the HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY ®  ‘Practitioner’ badge have attended the Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys program and attained the highest level of certification.

Criteria

The HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® ‘Practitioner’ badge is awarded to individuals that have:

Demonstrated a commitment to increasing the impact of learning interventions through advocating for HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® methodology in their own organizations and the organizations of their clients.

Applied HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® tools and methods to design seamless and integrated learning journeys that strengthen participant learning and performance results.

Successfully executed, followed up and adjusted a HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® design ensuring performance barriers were identified and managed and performance improvements were reached.
