The HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® ‘Practitioner’ badge is awarded to individuals that have:

• Demonstrated a commitment to increasing the impact of learning interventions through advocating for HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® methodology in their own organizations and the organizations of their clients.
• Applied HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® tools and methods to design seamless and integrated learning journeys that strengthen participant learning and performance results.
• Successfully executed, followed up and adjusted a HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® design ensuring performance barriers were identified and managed and performance improvements were reached.
