Promote International is proud to announce the Training Transfer Research Project in collaboration with Professor Kevin Ford of Michigan State University.
In the coming months we will be surveying program participants and their supervisors from participating organizations to discover how the various actions of supervisors influence the likelihood of a trainee utilizing their training on the job. The goal of the study is to identify best practice strategies that supervisors can use to enhance the transfer of learning from training to the job.
Over time, we believe this study will contribute to more training impact for the participating organizations and advance the standing of the L&D profession as a valued partner to the business.
