Architect Level

Description

Bearers of the HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® ‘Architect’ badge have attended the Brinkerhoff Certification for High Performance Learning Journeys program and attained the second level of certification.

Criteria

The HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® ‘Architect’ badge is awarded to individuals that have:

• Demonstrated a commitment to increasing the impact of learning interventions through advocating for HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® methodology in their own organizations and the organizations of their clients.
• Applied HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING JOURNEY® tools and methods to design seamless and integrated learning journeys that strengthen participant learning and performance results.
