Brinkerhoff High Performance Learning Journeys® certification
In collaboration with Professor Robert Brinkerhoff, Promote has developed the HPLJ methodology. HPLJ, which stands for High Performance Learning Journeys, is offered as a certification where you get all the processes and tools you need to design effective training.
The certification program is carried out in Swedish or English.
Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program - Bronze Level
Kirkpatrick’s model for evaluating of training is well-known throughout the world. In this course, you will learn how the methodology is used and how you can apply it to your own training to get better results.
The course is in English.
L&D Booster course
A mini-course for those who work in training and want to quickly boost their skills in effective learning. The course is packed with best-practice and is suitable for all skill levels.
The course is completely free and can be done at your own pace.
