The PPP Masterclass experience

Milestone 1: Introduction
The PPP Masterclass starts by introducing the Program Performance Path as a tool; what it is, why it is important, and how it can help you and your business. You will also identify which program to use to create your own Program Performance Path.
Milestone 2: Start-Up
The second stage will uncover the anatomy of a Program Performance Path; the different parts of the tool and how they work together. Then you will start to work on your own Program Performance Path.
Milestone 3: Scale-Up
In the third stage, you will continue working on your own Program Performance Path. You will also discover the four principal applications of a Program Performance Path; dialogue, communication, design, and evaluation.
Milestone 4: Live Session
Three-hour live session where you will experience how to challenge and improve your Program Performance Path.
Milestone 5: Follow-Up
In the follow-up stage of the PPP Masterclass, you will engage with your business stakeholder to iterate, improve and finalize your Program Performance Path.
